Rosiestep, i am so glad you stepped in to develop this article. Nice work so far! I had just created the article only because of your edit of wikilink in the List of RHPs in CA, which i was afraid would disconnect from the very little info that was available within the Nevada City article. Anyhow, this is way better.
By the way, the place is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and it is a California Historical Landmark, but it is not a National Historic Landmark. Those are 3 different programs.
