The title of this article implied to me that it should focus on the "neruobioengineering" discipline of bioengineering. However, the article as it is currently written is entierly about the neurobioengineering program at the University of Genova. Should the article be rewritten to focus more on the broader topic than the one college program? If not, is the topic of this article notable enough to warrant a Wikipedia page? 22alia ( talk) 01:20, 10 October 2021 (UTC)
