Joysticks

Can anyone find out the price of the joysticks when the console launched? Can't find that anywhere — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2804:7F1:E10A:7C7:84AD:7683:19FE:B9AC ( talk) 17:15, 1 November 2019 (UTC) reply

Naming

"Neo-geo" also refers to a 1980s art movement, geometric painting done in day-glo colors. There's no reference to that on this disambiguation page, though it likely predates the video-game etymology.-- Erikacornia 02:00, 13 March 2007 (UTC) reply
You are probably referring to "neo-geometry". I do not believe the truncated form requires a place here. On the other hand, I would like to call into question the need for this disambiguation page altogether. Hong-baba 15:33, 27 April 2007 (UTC) reply
I also think this page is not needed. 79.75.219.155 ( talk) 17:07, 28 December 2007 (UTC) reply
I believe that "Neo Geo" was the original name of Newgrounds, if someone with better formatting skills than I could add this it would help. (Source: http://www.newgrounds.com/lit/history.html) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.177.145.223 ( talk) 00:55, 16 November 2008 (UTC) reply

1989?

I'm pretty sure the hardware was officially released in 1990. The first game, NAM-1975 was released in April of 1990 and my Neo Geo Stick 2+ from 2010 has a small 20th Anniversary sticker on it. 217.238.92.238 ( talk) 22:16, 15 February 2011 (UTC) reply

Loading between loads??

"[...] with the system loading up to 56 Mbit of data between loads". Shouldn't that be "...of data *per load*"? Or am I missing something here and the system is really "loading between loads", i.e. while the game is actually being played? -- 92.224.247.237 ( talk) 15:36, 12 January 2013 (UTC) reply

There's no history section in this article. It really would help to have one. MezzoMezzo ( talk) 03:48, 17 November 2016 (UTC) reply
