Introduction to the Author

My name is Rix Ryskamp and I invented the natural predictive technology. This technology has had a tremendous effect on call centers that use it. It has reduced problems with customers being called and has increased productivity for these call centers. I, like many people, hate predictive dialers. I think they are killing the call center industry. I have invented a technology that allows call centers to be productive without destroying human communications and creating bad publicity. I have been awarded a patent on the technology.

I feel that this technology really changes the dynamics of automated dialing and makes it a user friendly technology. I created this article about the technology and edited others in an effort to let people know that predictive dialers don't have to require trading good human interactions for productivity. If you have any questions, please contact me via my talk page. I hope you enjoy learning about a new alternative to a growing problem. Thanks for reading!
