Oppose unless and until an article is written about the N.Z. politician. There's no need to preemptively disambiguate.

Let's say I'm less opposed. If
Nathaniel Young Armstrong Wales is the best name for the new article, as opposed to
Nathaniel Wales (New Zealand politician), because he's known by the longer name, then there's no real need to move this article but only to put a hatnote on it directing readers to the other article (which has already been done). That way readers looking for this article are not inconvenienced and readers looking for the NZ article still get there in one click, the same as they would from a dab page. But this article is not heavily viewed, so if others want to move it I have no strong objection.

Oppose As disambiguation has been dealt with by a hatnote, there doesn't seem any point. What would be gained? Those seeking the New Zealand politician would still have to go through a disambiguation page, while those seeking the American politician would be further inconvenienced. In addition, disambiguation pages are deprecated when there are only two pages to be disambiguated: the guidance is to disambiguate using hatnotes, as has been done in this case.

No consensus for a move, though I believe that we would be able to review this down the track if there is an significant imbalance of links, or another Nat Wales appears.
