I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:
Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, however, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues. The statement may accurately reflect the source but please bear two things in mind:
With the source not being in English and the above points being significant, I think it best to remove the statement pending verification by someone of good standing who can translate it. That removal inevitable meant I also had to remove two categories in the same edit, per WP:BLPCAT. - Sitush ( talk) 18:47, 6 February 2018 (UTC)
