I've incorporated into the article all I was able to find, and I mean all. A few things are sourced directly from the film's credits. I didn't want to go too far on so few sources, though. Surely there have been things published on the film both at the time and since, but none of those things are online that I can locate. There may be a little more in French, but my French isn't so good anymore.
