Will nanoantennas obey Carnot limit? Will be they practical to use in vehicles instead of engines or fuel cells? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.34.115.78 ( talk) 19:12, 21 October 2009 (UTC) reply

At first I wondered why the section on Computers was here, especially since the link to purdue.edu was to their front page. I've found what I think is the relevant Purdue article and fixed the link. Nevertheless a reader would have to go offsite (e.g. to the linked article) to understand the relevance of nanoantennae to photonic computing. Perhaps someone can put a few words here to save the need to go off-wiki? Shannock9 ( talk) 20:56, 25 January 2010 (UTC) reply

Added 'see also' as a first step in linking to the very considerable existing contributions on Nanotechnology and Nanoelectronics. Ultimately Nanoantenna may end up in that "ring" but it fits in two different places - as a material and as a photonic tool. So 'wiser heads' may have to help here.
