The publisher comment below a January 2007 preview clip [1] on Youtube said the film was 4 years in the making. In 2009 at the time of the lawsuit against Chris Rock TheWrap.com called it a "her 2005 documentary" [2] but I wouldn't call them reliable.
The film won awards in 2007, and was showing at festivals that year. I think that makes it a 2007 film but some editors might argue that the US theatrical release date (if there was one) is the correct year. -- 109.79.70.46 ( talk) 17:07, 12 July 2022 (UTC)
