Multiple English Variants

Looking through this page's recent history, I can see multiple regional variants of English in use. There's American English spellings and some that appear to be British/Australian English. There seems to be a bit of back and forth correcting them, and as it's inconsistent, it doesn't fall under MOS:RETAIN.

Given that this a page about an Australian based duo, and source material is likely going to come out in Australian English (while it's a globally popular channel, most interviews/press activities will be more local based), should the consensus be to defer to Australian English on this? -- Lewis Cawte ( Talk) 12:04, 28 April 2021 (UTC) reply
