Oppose The article could (and should) reasonably cover more than the title/stylings (possibly after a move - but anyways: there's certainly enough content to have separate articles about
Member of Parliament (United Kingdom) and
Member of Parliament (Canada), and I certainly wouldn't be surprised if there was sufficient distinction to have separate pages about members of provincial legislatures that are similarly thousands of kilometers away).
