I am a journalism student, and I know this term to be heavily influential in 1st Ammendment cases.
You made your case. I've conformed the article to WP MOS a bit and removed the tags. This looks like an article that has potential...should be expanded quite a bit.

Absolutism overall
Why do we have an article on a specific variant of Absolutism (that is not ablsokutist when it comes to obscenity,etc.), but not regular (Black-Douglas) absolutism. This is very strange.
