μϵγάληϑϵός

μϵγάληϑϵός can't be the correct form of an epithet for Cybele, as it has a masculine ending. With a feminine ending, however, it would mean "Great Goddess" and presumably be equivalent to the Latin Magna Mater and translated by Catullus as magna dea in Carmen 63.
