Reporting errors
Article needs positive information
The whole Medical uses section is just full of Low quality evidence to no evidence uses. Anyone that knows anything about cannabis knows there's high quality research that exist too. This article completely lacks it. Even some conflicting research can be found easily. I think we need to do a much better job relaying accurate information here.
Perhaps better to say "Article needs accurate information," which it does have based on
WP:MEDRS -quality reviews and the existing regulatory status for medical uses. See the first two paragraphs of MEDRS
here.
The existing article represents what is available for sources, according to the definitions: "review articles (especially systematic reviews) published in reputable medical journals; academic and professional books written by experts in the relevant fields and from respected publishers; and guidelines or position statements from national or international expert bodies."Zefr (
