I think the last paragraph of the Martin Chavez article has unfair bias against Martin Chavez. I believe it is not fair, and does not fit in with Wikipedia standards for content. More over, I think this article violates the official policy NPOV.
Also the last paragraph has incorrect facts. Sources should have been used to backup facts.

I went ahead and removed the {{POV}}, (taging the page as a page with a neutrality problem) as the page now has a neutral POV.

This seems to be important to Chavez's career. Please add something about it if you know it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.35.126.6 ( talk) 06:46, 31 December 2007 (UTC)
I agree, ABQPAC was a significant event in Martin Chavez' career. For as much news coverage as it got (and is still getting), I think it should be mentioned. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 204.58.223.1 ( talk) 19:58, 5 December 2008 (UTC)
Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to 4 external links on

"===Accomplishments=== He was named one of "America's 25 Most Dynamic Mayors" by Newsweek magazine in 1997. [1]"
I have opened a post at the Conflict of Interest noticeboard because this article appears to be largely written by a user named MartyChavez. In and of itself this is not always an issue, but it is discouraged as it is difficult to be objective about oneself. The article does seem to me to lack balance, although so far it merely feels like a resume page. But surely something happened in the first mayoral term besides being called dynamic? I intend to work on the article a little -- it also could be improved from the point of view of readability and links. This is a side issue for me so I am not sure how thorough I am going to be about adding in history. If you feel I have made a mistake please feel free to say so however, and I am in any event required to notify you that this article is on the COI noticeboard. Also, apparently this should go on this page:
