A poster at the help desk disputed that this image is really of General Treviño. I looked it up with Google image search and the best I could say is "maybe". He's not smiling in of the other pictures and they're obviously all rather old and in black and white so I really just can't say for sure, but I'd add that the face seems rounder than in other images.
