Cape Cod Ave is most definetly NOT a landmark in this area. Neither is Sweet Lemons, or Churchills. Sweet lemons is a diner of no particular importance, and Churchills is the local propane merchant, also of little significance. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.67.116.124 ( talk) 02:39, 21 December 2007 (UTC) reply

  • Cape Cod Ave. also is not a neighborhood. If that were the case, every street would be a neighborhood. I am in agreement with the above statement as well. Ed ( talk) 14:52, 1 February 2008 (UTC) reply
  • Also, what is the special significance of citing a celebration on July 3 in Wikipedia? It's not encyclopedic and not noteworthy. Many locations in the United States hold a celebration on July 3. Ed ( talk) 14:58, 1 February 2008 (UTC) reply
