This is meant to be an article about a village (as well). This is all good stuff but why is it not on the French page where locals who speak French could read it and why not have the facts about the village brought to en:wiki

Where have the Fula gone?
Contrary to the apparent information in La Décennie qui a fait reculer l'excision by UNICEF/Tostan, it would seem that there should be a significant
Fula population in the village. Can someone confirm or refute this pragmatic claim?
