The editor who posted the 'not notable' header on this in Jan '08 may have missed the fact that its a stub at this point in time. Since the block contains a wide variety of public administration departments for the Government of Ontario, its notable by that very reason. Citations, history and fuller descriptions will follow in due course, but you need an initial stub in order to act as a catalyst. Patience please....
