I think the video is a compilation of at least 2 nights in Long Beach Arena - not only the second one!
When you watch it... look at "Run to the Hills" ... during the first minute of the song: Bruce is walking to the front of the stage and places his foot onto a (band monitor) loudspeaker. 2 seconds later, he stands with 2 legs in front of the loudspeaker. Then, some seconds later again one foot onto the louadspecker (some steps behind) ... and after 2 further cuts, again in front of the loudspeaker (with both legs onto the gorund).
