History of lines

The New York, Westchester and Connecticut Traction Company built some lines in Mt. Vernon, including Lincoln Avenue to Chester Hill and probably South 5th Avenue (into the Bronx on Dyre Avenue).

Brooklyn Daily Eagle January 29, 1889 refers to the Harlem and Morrisania Line and 138th Street and Port Morris Line.

Here's a list in the Brooklyn Daily Eagle February 17, 1902 page 2:

And from [4] (1906):

Proposed lines from June 30, 1900 page 13: [5] All of these existed by 1906. -- NE2 00:21, 19 January 2007 (UTC) reply

City Island Line

Regarding the City Island Line, does this have anything to do with the Pelham Park and City Island Railway? If so, maybe the redlink should be redirected there. ---- DanTD ( talk) 13:56, 16 November 2011 (UTC) reply
