I just added in Charles J. Baker, who was ex officio mayor of Baltimore from sometime in October 1861 to January 1862. Sources for this change: Cite 1 and Cite 2 (page 13). I'm confused if this would change the numbering, so I did not make that change. I've already made this detail effective on the Baltimore Mayors infobox and on the pages of John Lee Chapman and John C. Blackburn. I would appreciate any assistance as I'm not sure the details as I've written them are as clear/complete as they should be. -- Engineerchange ( talk) 06:11, 4 September 2022 (UTC)
