Wikipedia formats complete urls into clickable external links ( http://www.example.com/) unless they are in nowiki. I didn't want to include links because they are discouraged in lists WP:EL#Links in lists. In line with WP:NOTDIR WP:NOTREPOSITORY, this article is not a repository of links, but a list of websites including urls.
