Does anyone know when the fourth season is gonna air? -- Infestor ( talk) 04:52, 8 January 2011 (UTC) reply

Following the report at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#List of Metalocalypse episodes, I have fully protected this page for a week to end one of the silliest edit wars I've seen in some time. Please discuss whether or not writing credits should be given in full each time rather than warring over it. Chris Cunningham (user:thumperward) - talk 09:26, 23 August 2011 (UTC) reply

Already went to Wikipedia talk:Manual of Style/Television and checked it out there, seems I was incorrect. Funny that I was the only one to think of trying that instead of going to AN/I and locking the page. MrMoustacheMM ( talk) 19:41, 23 August 2011 (UTC) reply
If you're suggesting that me going to AN/I was wrong, then you're entitled to your own opinion. You're free to show others the evidence and test their opinion. I imagine they'll think the edit warring was senseless as everyone involved already does. Good work on the research though. OlYeller Talktome 19:47, 23 August 2011 (UTC) reply
I'm suggesting that it was an over-reaction for such a minor thing (and also the edit warring had ended by the time this showed up anyway). Not "wrong", just unnecessary. MrMoustacheMM ( talk) 19:54, 23 August 2011 (UTC) reply
Sorry you feel that way. OlYeller Talktome 20:05, 23 August 2011 (UTC) reply
I looked at other "list of episodes" pages, and they all did it with full names. The "dispute" is over, this page should be unlocked... Davidravenski ( talk) 20:12, 23 August 2011 (UTC) reply
Not sure why you're still talking to me. I reported the petty edit warring that was spamming may watchlist and that's it. If you're requesting that the page be unlocked, I suggest talking to the locking admin. OlYeller Talktome 20:31, 23 August 2011 (UTC) reply

Unprotected. Well done, folks. Chris Cunningham (user:thumperward) - talk 09:31, 26 August 2011 (UTC) reply

Songs titles, original research

Alot of the songs in the "songs included" section arn't released songs and they don't have actual titles. I think the only songs that should be mentioned should be songs that have an official title, not an assumption of what it might be called. When the Dethalbum 3 comes out and titles are released, then they can be added. Just my opinion Davidravenski ( talk) 01:26, 5 September 2011 (UTC) reply

I agree. Any that aren't supported by an album release or some other official source (or titled in the show, such as "Crush My Battle Opponent's Balls") should not be listed on this page. Doing so is original research. MrMoustacheMM ( talk) 01:30, 5 September 2011 (UTC) reply
I'll go remove the un-official titles then Davidravenski ( talk) 01:39, 5 September 2011 (UTC) reply
Another problem is what to do with the songs that have the title mentioned in the show but not physically released? Davidravenski ( talk) 01:42, 5 September 2011 (UTC) reply
I think those are fine (like I said, "Crush My Battle Opponent's Balls" should be listed, as its title is shown on a TV in the episode...same with "Sewn Back Together Wrong", Nathan explicitly states that it's a "good song title"). So long as they're named somewhere official (press release, album, episode), they can be listed, but guesses at names or "Untitled blah blah" should not be listed. MrMoustacheMM ( talk) 18:59, 5 September 2011 (UTC) reply
Crush My Battle Opponent's Balls is clearly titled during the episode and so is Sewn Back Together Wrong. Although they have not been released I believe they should be mentioned anyway. Hatredy ( talk) 00:34, 22 March 2012 (UTC) reply
As I said, those seem fine, feel free to add them. On the other hand, please don't add song titles that aren't official through one source or another. MrMoustacheMM ( talk) 02:42, 22 March 2012 (UTC) reply

Full song versions on YouTube/special features

I found the full versions of "Crush My Battle Opponent's Balls" and "Banana Stickers" on YouTube. I don't know where the user got them from but even though they are not in the dethalbums I think we should mention them anyway, like "Duncan Hills Coffee Jingle."

Also, I don't think released songs briefly heard in episodes after it's release should count as a featured song. For instance: Hatredcopter in RenovationKlok Hatredy ( talk) 00:51, 16 June 2012 (UTC) reply

Those songs were never released and whatever you saw on youtube wasn't the full version. Davidravenski ( talk) 03:19, 16 June 2012 (UTC) reply
Yes they were, stop being retarded Hatredy ( talk) 03:15, 23 June 2012 (UTC) reply
OK smartass, give me a link to the full versions. Give me a link to where they are selling the full versions or the CD or on itunes. You don't know wtf you're talking about. Davidravenski ( talk) 15:40, 23 June 2012 (UTC) reply
Both of you, remain civil. Youtube is not a reliable source in this case for the song titles (as anyone could put any song up and call it whatever they want), and so this information should not be added. MrMoustacheMM ( talk) 19:44, 23 June 2012 (UTC) reply

Shortening of summaries

Recently, Grammarxxx removed a relatively large amount of text from the summary sections. I support this removal. I think there's a lot more work to be done. The show just isn't that complex and these summaries are very long. OlYeller21 Talktome 13:34, 22 June 2012 (UTC) reply

I also agree with this, the summaries were way too long. I have, however, un-censored the *'s, per WP:NOTCENSORED. MrMoustacheMM ( talk) 18:31, 22 June 2012 (UTC) reply

Plot summaries gone

All the plot summaries are gone, wha happen? Hatredy ( talk) 04:30, 3 July 2012 (UTC) reply

check out the recent revisions, they've been moved to the season articles (example: Metalocalypse (Season 1)), mainly because they don't need to be listed twice. I've seen alot of shows doing this. I think it was a good idea Davidravenski ( talk) 06:02, 3 July 2012 (UTC) reply
I support the change as well. OlYeller21 Talktome 17:44, 16 July 2012 (UTC) reply

Season V?

Any word on season 5? -- Infestor ( talk) 17:36, 16 July 2012 (UTC) reply

It's obvious that there will be a fifth season, but neither Adult Swim or Brendon Smal have announced anything so we can't put anything in the wiki until they do
