Please justify why you think every single relationship between all the characters needs to be included in the table on separate rows. I can’t see any other character tables on Wikipedia which do this. It’s messy and unnecessary. Also I have alphabetised the characters (split by s1 and s2) so they’re in an actual order rather than random. Plus I think the actor column should be next to the character for ease of reading, not split across the table by the role column. 213.205.194.242 ( talk) 11:03, 6 June 2018 (UTC)
I get told the table is too complicated, it gets cut down and I use fewer terms to prevent complication, then it was alphabetical, so I stick to alphabetical, then I update, but it gets wiped and I originally get called possessive?!?! What is it then when I try and update and make things simpler as requested but then gets reverted? Grangehilllover ( talk) 23:56, 6 June 2018 (UTC)
Just been renovating this article, and the amount of minor characters, or extras, that are listed seems so tedious. Does appearing as an extra in 1 episode constitute for reason to be listed here? With S3 approaching, that means a LOT of new people to be added, the page will be flooded with extras.
Perhaps we could remove people with no notability to the show, ie people who appeared in 1 ep?

As series four of the series is premiering next month, I wanted to leave a message here for anyone wanting to update this article with the new characters. I am currently working on a Characters of Ackley Bridge article in my sandbox, which will include detailed descriptions and information on every character from series 1–4; therefore adding them to this article will be a waste of time, since the upcoming article will essentially replace this one. So just a heads up. – DarkGlow ( contribs • talk) 12:47, 11 March 2021 (UTC)
