Not in scope for WPCanada

I'm removing the WPCanada banner for this list/article, because it's about an annual international competition. Editor AHunt commented about the vessel "It was also built in Canada by J.J. Taylor and Sons Ltd." - so the article about the vessel should be included in WPCanada (which it is), but an international competition that happens to use it doesn't fall into scope for WPCanada.
