Not convinced this is merited. The Iranian film is about equal in page views, and the presence or absence of ... and a comma in the English translation doesn't qualify as
WP:SMALLDETAILS. I have changed
Life and Nothing More to a disambiguation page, as until today it redirected to the Iranian film only. —

I said Even if. Regardless of whether the difference in punctuation rises to
WP:SMALLDETAILS, the Spanish film remains the only thing in the encyclopedia whose
WP:COMMONNAME is "Life and Nothing More" or anything similar. It makes little sense to require those who typed "Life and Nothing More" an extra click to access the only article whose title is "Life and Nothing More" or any of its punctuation variants.

Currently there is only one article named "Life and Nothing More" or "Life, and Nothing More...". So the proposal is to make it the primary topic. I'm having a hard time understanding how WP:SMALLDETAILS interferes with it.

Supportper WP:SMALLDETAILS. A comma can make a lot of difference. Also, "Life, and Nothing More..." is not even the base name, it's a redirect. This is why hatnotes help. Having a disambiguation page for only two pages, one which is just a redirect to a different title, is not helpful.

I'm having a hard time understanding how that read is possible. The only oppose !vote just links to a policy section, which others have cited in support of the proposal, without elaborating why. The early commenters who had reservations focused on WP:SMALLDETAILS, which isn't the primary rationale. (The primary reason is that this is the only extant article whose base page name is "Life and Nothing More".)

Support. The Spanish film is the only Wikipedia article to be titled "Life and Nothing More" with any type of punctuation. Further, even if the Iranian film's article were to be moved to "Life, and Nothing More...", that still counts as sufficient disambiguation under
WP:SMALLDETAILS. Consider Airplane! vs.
Airplane, which SMALLDETAILS explicitly approves.
