An editor has removed the name of Carter's daughter. As this information is publicly cited in a host of WP:RS publications, it's not private information. The editor wrote "MINOR CHILD" in caps, but I can find no policy regarding this; Wikipedia:Child protection is an unrelated policy about children using Wikipedia.
