The text of the entry was as follows: Did you know... that Lawrence Fuchs, an American studies professor at Brandeis University, was also a Peace Corps country director in The Philippines and a Navy medic? I requested that Davidwr change his WikiProject Articles for creation rating of this article from "stub" several times ( 1, 2, 3) without receiving a response. Other editors should feel free to change or remove this rating as they see fit. - tucoxn\ ^talk 21:28, 5 May 2013 (UTC) reply

I have removed the stub rating, but have not replaced it. I have opened a discussion at WT:WPAFC on how to handle this type of situation, particularly in light of special situations like "Did you know?".

The issue is philosophical: The "interesting" assessment from a WP:AFC perspective is the assessment at the time the article was moved into the main encyclopedia.
