stubbyness

Even if this isn't an appropriate full page, it at least definitely meets all criteria for being a stub: /info/en/?search=Wikipedia:Make_stubs. Autysome45 ( talk) 16:44, 12 July 2021 (UTC) reply

Also, regarding notability: (1) This is a very apparent phenomenon which can occur anywhere in the universe where (a) sessile phototrophic organisms spreading through spores/seeds(plants) and (b) some form of normally dark, open geologic features(caves) containing a light source exist. (2) Its negative and destructive impact on ancient human artifacts, natural cave organisms and geological features makes it a very important problem. Mayhaps this is more of an "ecological", than a "habitat-related" stub. Autysome45 ( talk) 17:13, 12 July 2021 (UTC) reply
On notability, there are several hundred appears found by Google Scholar using the term (with a substantial number with it in the title); there are another 100 using the French term la maladie verte. Lavateraguy ( talk) 11:46, 27 July 2021 (UTC) reply

More information

Although I'm slightly too lazy to add it, there is a lot more useful information in https://www.cavelighting.de/files/images3/news/lampenflora/Lampenflora_ENG.pdf along with primary sources. Autysome45 ( talk) 16:44, 12 July 2021 (UTC) reply

Broken link

The link to the Lurgrotte website needs repairing. (But I've failed to find the relevant page therein with a Google search; it may be necessary to got to the Wayback Machine.)

I don't think it necessary to give the familial placement for Sambucus. Lavateraguy ( talk) 12:03, 27 July 2021 (UTC) reply

The link should be fixed now. Autysome45 ( talk) 03:06, 25 August 2021 (UTC) reply

Lamp-flora

So it turns out that there was actually another page regarding this subject, titled Lamp-flora. I think it would be best to redirect that page here since searching for "Lamp-flora" on google returns nothing related to the subject, while "Lampenflora" does. There's nothing really interesting in that stub except for a few sources which could be scavenged for factoids. Autysome45 ( talk) 03:06, 25 August 2021 (UTC) reply
