Is the Urban Outfitters t-shirt really anything to do with La Vie Claire? Or are they both just referencing Mondrian? -- Specialbr3w ( talk) 16:04, 7 July 2009 (UTC)
I would like to see a citation for the French and Belgians being in support of Hinault. Not saying it is wrong, but a source is necessary.
Greg Lemond hints as much on page 11 of Greg LeMond's Complete Book of Bicycling, but he does not mention British riders.
He says that his supporters included Andy Hampsten (American), Steve Bauer (Canadian), Niki Ruttiman, and Guido Winterberg (the last two were both Swiss riders). 47.137.190.123 ( talk) 05:15, 13 October 2016 (UTC)
