During the 2009 HARMST conference, I increased the size of the LIGA entry five fold, adding detailed information on the process, linking to other relevant entries, and adding several pictures. A list of fabrication capabilities is provided, however they are still not contrasted with other microfabrication techniques. I also created a DXRL and HARMST page with appropriate links back to the LIGA page. I'll be back with more images for the gallery from work done at Sandia National Laboratories after I get permission from the authors.
I'm bumping the article quality up to B and will raise it to GA after I put in the remaining references.

The "other languages" includes a link to de:wp which doesn't work properly. The wikidata entry says the German version is (between asterisks) *LIGA (Fertigungsverfahren)*, but the link goes to the de:disambiguation page for LIGA. I can't see how to fix this - perhaps it is a bug. Imaginatorium ( talk) 10:44, 16 January 2014 (UTC)
