Claims of death, fines. vigilante attacks, beatings put into article by editor Lmharding have no refs for these things. It is all down to IS and Islamist militias. Not legal to do, so why put in "penalties'. Are these for laws? The refs are not as good as the ones that say 5 years. If you want to put it in, find a better reference.
