It looks like you're right. I guess that a foreign delicacy that sounds sort of like "cutie pie" can be real, even if it is April Fool's Day.

Yeah, I originally put a speedy template on it, then Googled it on a whim and discovered that it had references from several sources (one was in Romanian or something).

Looking on from 2022, I think your first instincts were correct. I can't find anything about kutti pi anywhere except one single NG video, and other listicles that cite that one source.
