The flag shown in the info box belongs to Iraqi Kurdistan ( /info/en/?search=Iraqi_Kurdistan), which is an officially accepted autonomous region. It directly follows that this flag cannot represent Kurdistan, which is the name of a geo-cultural region. I therefore suggest that the flag be removed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:810D:283F:F125:D8AF:F409:96FC:D780 ( talk) 22:53, 7 March 2017 (UTC)

The Engish pronunciations are wrong. Whether you say "Kurdistann" or "Kurdistahn", the main stress in English is always on the first syllable. It is true that in Kurdish you say "kurdiSTAN", but in English you say "KURdistan". Please correct. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.204.70.82 ( talk) 17:29, 30 August 2017 (UTC)
PS: Correcting means to invert the little strokes at the top and at the bottom. That is [ˈkɜːrdɪˌstɑːn], [ˈkɜːrdɪˌstæn].
I just read this article, but don't see anything yet about it on wikipedia. I'm not knowledgeable enough about the subject to make an update, but it seemed relevant to this page. -- Lasunncty ( talk) 01:46, 27 September 2017 (UTC)

There is a claim that Turkey backs Al Nusra in the Syrian Civil War clause within the History section. Its reference is Ref. No:68. However in the reference it clearly states that Turkey denies it is helping to Al Nusra. Also the reference is a new from a newspaper and does not openly states that Turkey (with any found) clearly supports Al Nusra as it stated on this page as if it does. It cannot be known for sure whether Turkey's actions somehow indirectly have helped in any kind of measure Al Nusra, but the claim in this page and its reference do not align. Therefore herein statement Turkey backs Al Nusra in Syria is unfounded and should immediately be removed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.138.14.112 ( talk) 07:45, 17 October 2017 (UTC)

Change the picture of Kurdistan to this picture, represented by the link: http://www.institutkurde.org/images/cartes_and_maps/ckur100.gif. I think this because it is not true. Turkey's part looks small because of many Kurds in Turkey lying, saying that they are Ethnic Turks. Ibrak.01 ( talk) 17:45, 13 January 2018 (UTC)

Remove the line or clarify: "What will help prevent refugee waves to Europe and United States." It is out of context and seems like a leftover from a previous edit (removal) from that section. Geeborg ( talk) 00:36, 10 October 2019 (UTC)
There are Turkish cities(Diyarbakır, Mardin, Urfa, Van) listed in Largest Kurdistan cities. But these cities belongs to Turkey. People who live there accept it. Yes they are mostly Kurds but it doesnt matter. I would like you to change it. And there is a map and this is also weird.
