Three different new page patrollers have come across this page and didn't think it met notability guidelines. At this point, I think it's pretty clear that any further attempts to recreated the article without discussion are against consensus. If need be, this can be escalated to a formal articles for deletion discussion. signed, Rosguill talk 06:24, 11 July 2019 (UTC) reply

Yup, notability is not inherited. Fails WP:GNG, and doesn't meet any of the special notability criteria either. The few songs he has been associated with are not notable. Onel5969 TT me 11:13, 11 July 2019 (UTC) reply
I've had a lovely chat with Ngagethesoul on my user talk page and I have intentionally let other reviewers handle this but I agree about Agarwal's current notability (though if there was a second source as strong as the billboard article I might feel differently). Hi team, yes, my primary guidance for this was to align to WP:Composer as part of the Composer WikiProject. I am doing a bit of deeper digging through PRS/ BMI Publishing for the subject and I see contributions to the song Tum Hi Ho, which won several awards. On the criteria:
Composers, songwriters, librettists or lyricists, may be notable if they meet at least one of the following criteria:
1. Has credit for writing or co-writing either lyrics or music for a notable composition.
In addition to the musical contributions, the subject has been in the multiple *reliable* publications (Billboard, MissMalini, UrbanAsian, DailyCalifornian, ZDNet, DarkReading,...) As I'm sure you know, most South Asian composers/lyricists definitely do not have this level of reference material. Ngagethesoul ( talk) 20:31, 11 July 2019 (UTC) reply
Ngagethesoul, note that COMPOSER is a subject-notability guideline, and that it specifically says it may be notable––it by itself is not a guarantee of notability. Moreover, Agarwal's contributions appear to be as a producer, not a composer, so COMPOSER should not apply. Producers are very rarely notable.
As for coverage in reliable sources, what matters is significant coverage. Mere mentions don't cut it. Additionally, between my beginner Japanese skills and a machine translation, I'm 99% sure that the Mr. Agarwal mentioned in the cited ZDNet source is not Kunal Agarwal, to the point that I'm wondering why you even chose to include that source. signed, Rosguill talk 21:30, 11 July 2019 (UTC) reply
Going off of the BMI/PRS records (which show the approx % interest in the songs) he wrote them. This is also reflected in LyricFind. Agreed, producers don't typically get publishing. I am confident it is the same guy because of the LinkedIn profile. Ngagethesoul ( talk) 22:02, 11 July 2019 (UTC) reply
From the ZDNet source: 同分野を担当するIoTビジネス部門ゼネラルマネージャのKunal Agarwal氏は、15年以上にわたってセキュリティの研究に携わり。, "Kunal Agarwal, general manager of the IoT business unit in charge of the field, has been engaged in security research for over 15 years". This is quite the claim for someone born in 1991, as it would mean that they had been involved in professional research since the age of 12. signed, Rosguill talk 22:25, 11 July 2019 (UTC) reply
Yes, this is why i referenced cyber-security in original article. Ngagethesoul ( talk) 16:38, 12 July 2019 (UTC) reply
