I have recently removed labels calling this organisation "separatist". I see the Bangladeshi media routinely using the label, but evidence is lacking. Here, for example, is
an explainer in The Dhaka Tribune, using "separatist" in scare quotes. The article makes clear that the group demands a separatist state within Bangladesh. That is not called "separatism" in scholarly discourse. See

Are these two enough to describe KNF as seperatist?
No, not enough. The point of
WP:LABEL is to say, do not use such labels to imply a value judgement. But it is fine to give specific information about what is being meant. Neither of these sources make it clear what "separatist" means.
This is a tiny tiny minority. Nobody in their right mind can imagine that they demand independence from Bangladesh. You will need really solid sources to claim such a thing. See
WP:EXCEPTIONAL. --
