The first printed Krakowiak appeared in Franciszek Mirecki's album for the piano, "Krakowiaks Offered to the Women of Poland" (Warsaw, 1816).
However, Google immediately points to the "Allgemeine musikalische Zeitung", no. 5, February 2, 1814. Here is a review of Okonski's "Mazures et Krakowiaks pour le Pianoforte", published in Leipzig by Breitkopf & Härtel. This edition (according to the description) contains three krakowiaks.
