The article doesn't mention much about what kozmo.com offered. I remember buying last minute gifts from kozmo.com, which they would even gift wrap for a small fee. I am certain that the delivery person drove a car, not a bicycle. (This was in Los Angeles, not a bicycle-friendly area.) The article seems excessively negative to me, especially the section accusing them of avoiding areas where blacks live. Blacks can and do live anywhere, including areas within kozmo's delivery range. If kozmo refused to provide service to blacks, this accusation is merited. I doubt that was the case. If the basis for the accusation is that kozmo didn't deliver to high-crime areas like Compton, that is understandable for the safety of the employees. It is all speculation without 1) proof that they indeed excluded certain areas, and 2) the reason for excluding these areas was the skin color of the residents. I read the ZDnet article, and it was nothing but a speculative allegation by a special-interest group's spokesman. Gotmywaderson ( talk) 20:49, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
I've trimmed the paragraph about the MSNBC article accusing Kozmo.com of "redlining" to the bare facts, because both the quote and the "defenders say" add nothing to the article. Discuss here. By the way, it would be great to find a fulltext version of the lawsuit. -- Lexein ( talk) 17:39, 12 March 2010 (UTC)
I believe it would be a good idea to take the info from E-Dreams and merge it into the Kozmo.com section: Post-Kozmo.
The logo for ShopRunner, a similar service that is currently used by ToysRUs and PetSmart is virtually identical to Kozmo's. Are they related? The ShopRunner website doesn't give any indication but the coincidence would be astounding. Not just for featuring a green man in the same pose, but for recycling a trademark that is well associated with a major marketing flop. It'd be like registering the URL petz.com. Since a {{ Tone}} tag has been added, but no specific sections or sentences have been tagged, nothing specific was stated in the edit summary, and no discussion was started here, I'll be removing the tag in a week. -- Lexein ( talk) 19:46, 14 November 2012 (UTC)

Kozmo has re-launched. Please see: Please see: https://www.digitalcommerce360.com/2018/03/23/kozmo-com-returns-as-a-warehouse-club/ — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jdm5460 ( talk • contribs) 19:07, 4 April 2018 (UTC)
I suggest adding a note on top of the article advising readers that the article refers to the original Kozmo store as a classic example of the dot com bubble and not its current reincarnation. Any objections or discussion? Dryfee ( talk) 22:24, 5 April 2018 (UTC)
