This is a Greek derivative of the Arabic cookie qurabiya. This article hasn’t been meaningfully updated for almost ten years, and it is very short and low quality and only cites two blogs as it’s references. This dish does not appear to be significant enough for it’s own article when t is addressed in greater depth in another article.
