Why the logo was replaced to a PNG with the name under the logo? I found there are plenty of variations on Commons:
There are also logos of XBMC. I think it should be displayed here. Here's a vector version, File:XBMC Logo.svg. Taken from the categories, commons:Category:Kodi and commons:Category:XBMC Media Center. Galzigler ( talk) 22:52, 20 July 2020 (UTC)
What is the objection to discussing the discontinuation of Python 2 support, which kills many plugins?
Kodi 19, "Matrix", discontinued support for the outdated Python 2 scripting language, moving to Python 3; this had the side-effect of making add-ons dependent upon Python 2 incompatible. Most unauthorized add-ons became unusable unless they were updated. [1]
