Comma, colon, dash, or nothing?

What is the source for the title of this film using a comma (rather than some other option)? I note IMDb shows nothing between the name and "All American"; the VHS cover looks like it uses a dash... 75.187.145.70 ( talk) 00:30, 13 May 2011 (UTC) reply

I wondered the same thing. The movie title card places the two phrases ("Knute Rockne" and "All American") on two separate lines. The confusion arises when the phrases are placed on the same line. Any other thoughts? JimVC3 ( talk) 00:46, 17 May 2011 (UTC) reply
