Article refers to both Daloo and Dallo Khail. Possibly the same, or not. Google doesn't know Daloo Khail but talks about Dallo Khel. However this seems to be village not a tribe, and the reference is to a diaspora. Clarification from someone with some subject knowledge would be nice.
