Population and ethnicities

While Russian official statistics state that there were 80% Poles in the region, the lower part of article tries to convince us that it is a result of evacuation of Ukrainian people in 1914 and provides unsourced data that shows that the Poles were a minority. However, data provided by Russian statistics is from 1914 and Ukrainians were moved to Russia in 1915.
