Rebent, I'm a bit confused by your . The northern two blocks of the Mall are indeed closed to vehicle traffic. Perhaps you were referring to the southern two blocks, which have reopened? PRRfan ( talk) 17:00, 12 January 2011 (UTC) reply

Two blocks are open and two blocks are closed. This does not mean that the mall "is closed to automotive traffic". I thought about saying something to the effect that a few blocks are open and a few are closed, but A) that is a little complicated for the opening line, and B) it's covered a few lines down.
