Rosenberg joined the group in Marseille at the age of seventeen. That was 1921+17=1938 at most 1939. WWII broke out September 1939. The
Emergency Rescue Committee came into action in 1940.

In fact, he wasn't. He was born in
Danzig, at that time Freie Stadt Danzig, which was not a part of Poland.--
