I wondered the same, and boldly moved the article before seeing your post. Yeah, the previous title was atypical. Seemingly for no specific reasons. Likely the article has simply remained neglected. I also removed "Finnish" from the title because I could not see it replicated in other sources. The subject is self-explanatory in that regard (i.e.
César Award for Best Film, not
César Award for Best French Film.) Also, great work in updating the article with corrections and interlanguage links!
