Associated Press are saying that internal elements of the defence ministry have 'investigated' Fitzgibbon, including, but not exclusive to examining his computer due to his friendship with a Chinese born lady. This sounds like a highly illegal, near mutinous 'operation' of the Australian Defence Force with my understanding of Australian law and I think it would be prudent to include this in the article here.-- Senor Freebie ( talk) 05:11, 26 March 2009 (UTC)
