Throughthemind, thanks for fixing this article. In regard to a possible photograph of James Leigh Joynes, is this him?
[1] James Leigh Joynes had a father with the same name (Rev James Leigh Joynes) and I found photographs of him but I believe the photograph on the link was actually his son.

Psychologist Guy I think that's his father. Joynes only lived to the age of 38 and the man looks much older in that photo. Also,
this tribute mentions that Joynes unfortunately never had his photo taken

Yes I see, you are right. Well that is disappointing. I have run into the same problem on other articles recently. Some historical individuals from the late 1800s never had a photograph taken.
