Yeah, this ought to merge with
Office of the Register since we're unlikely to want many more words for either the building or the two institutions it has housed. Question remains, which title should survive? I figure, this is the title that says "Jamaica" and is thus less likely to be seen as ambiguous. Yes, I know a bigger Jamaica exists, in an island all its own, but still....

UPDATE: I think I like merging "Office of the Register" into the Jamaica CAL. Office of the Register sounds far more ambiguous. In any case, I just experimented with the merge a few minutes ago. Let me know what you think, and if you don't like it, revert it. ---------
